Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst - Level 2 , to join our Payload & Ground Systems- Mission Enabling Programs team in Oxnard, CA or Goleta, CA . Our Pricing Analyst will assist in the proposal efforts from receipt of Request for Proposal (RFP) through contract award. You will be a key member of sole source, competitive sector or corporate priority win teams and will act as a key developer of winning bids. You will help summarize and present detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact-finding meetings.
In this job, you will:
Compile cost, schedule and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal specifications, company policies and government regulations
Partner with Program Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure supplier quotes comply with requirements
Research and analyze large volumes of data using spreadsheets and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data

Your Expertise - Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Proposal, pricing, supply chain or finance experience
Experience working with MS Office Suite
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top-Secret, etc.) [Not required to start but may be needed for future growth and roles in the company]
Ability to travel, as needed, per business needs, between Goleta & Oxnard, up to 10% of the time
What Sets You Apart:
Certified Estimating Professional (CEP)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with earned value management (EVM), FAR or DFRA
Basis of Estimate (BOE) experience
Experience with ProPricer
Probability modeling experience (@Risk, Crystal Ball)
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or other government regulations
About Payload & Ground Systems: Leading designer, producer and supplier of spacecraft components that power and enable satellites of all classes. The premier source for mission-enabling, space-qualified deployable booms, masts and backing structures.
About Business Management: Integration of sector financial/business strategies to support of company and sector-wide objectives, including accounting operations, contracts management, pricing and estimating, compliance and asset and property management.
Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
