Northrop Grumman Military Aircraft Systems (MAS) division is seeking a Manager Program Control 2, located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Manager Program Control 2 is responsible for performance reporting, analysis, compliance, and program financial reporting for the B-2 Program. The position will be a key interface with the Program leadership team, integrated product teams, MAS Bus Mgmt home-room, control account managers, DCAA/DCMA, Internal and External Audit organizations, as well as business personnel. Responsibilities include Earned Value Management (EVM) deliverables, Financial Planning and Reporting, Process Improvements, Profit Analysis / Return on Sales, and Proposal Support. Subject knowledge in EAC and Risk/Opportunity Assessment, Program Baselines, Auditory Compliance and Surveillances, as well as IPMRs, CFSRs, and CCDR/CSDRs. Provide leadership and supervise a group of Program Cost and Schedule Analysts.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of business-related experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of stated experience

  • Understanding of Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) or similar project management software, wInsight

  • Understanding of SAP software to include Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance, awarded/reviewed within the last 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting

  • Ability to take problems from identification to resolution

  • Previous experience leading a team, either as a lead, functional manager, or matrix manage

  • Understanding of Financial Planning and AOP/LRSP Development

  • Experience interfacing with government audit agencies such as DCMA and DCAA

  • Current B-2 SAR access

  • Cobra experience is plus
