Are you ready to put your years of experience to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, our Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst for our API Data Cleansing Program for our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct "data cleansing" actions associated with aircraft equipment (e.g., Line and Shop replaceable Units [LRUs/SRUs] configurations)

  • Working environment is highly dynamic in terms of pace; structured in terms of standardized work flow and business rules; but also autonomous in terms of expected daily performance with no direct, constant supervision

  • Work performance will be obvious and easily assessed, based on the number of data items cleansed per unit of time, and the quality of work performed

  • Once initial training is complete, the selected candidate will be required to work in a teleworking environment with other team members.

  • Although the team members are not physically located together, team collaboration, communication, and synergistic effects are crucial to successfully completing the work.

  • Team composition includes: other more senior Logistics Management Analysts (LMAs), the project manager, and a software support subject matter expert [SME])

  • Teleworking is facilitated by electronic enablers like Microsoft Teams (instant messaging, telecoms etc.) and e-mail communications

  • The work is also highly structured in regard to standardized workflows etc.

  • Positively contribute to each month’s required number of Deliverable “cleansed” line-items while contributing to the team’s hard-earned, almost perfect, quality of work (reported by the U.S. Air Force customer as “…greater than 99% correct…”).

  • Understand, interpret, organize, and utilize Engineering drawings and data

  • Understand, interpret, and utilize USAF Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB), Technical Orders (TOs)

  • Utilize software tools and data sites to conduct data cleansing actions

  • Effectively/efficiently communicate work status and details to the project technical lead and the project managerial lead

  • Help ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet company objectives.

  • Help create and update slide presentations in support of Contractual requirements.

  • Participate/contribute to contractual and technical meetings and reviews; record and capture notes and action items, track, route for review, and edit highly technical and/or complex meeting/review minutes

  • Following initial training and successfully demonstrating the required aptitude and capability, the work location is primarily permanent teleworking. Some attendance at On-site (e.g., the Oklahoma City, Northrop Grumman facility) meetings will also be required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a HS Degree or Diploma and at least 0-2 years experience

  • Candidate must have demonstrated written and verbal skills in order to effectively interact with Government counterparts, other defense contractor organizations, and other cross-functional organizations

  • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military, government, commercial aerospace industry (e.g. aviation/equipment maintenance, aircraft operations, or commercial industrial technology companies)

  • Technical data (e.g., Technical Orders, Engineering Drawings, parts lists, Bills of Material, Engineering Specifications, etc.) and detailed knowledge in both Air Force legacy data systems and processes

  • Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Access

  • Knowledge of Military Specifications, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and other related technical and contractual documents

Salary Range: $53,700 - $80,700

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
