We have an immediate opportunity for Logistics Management Analysts 3 / 4 based in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. You will also ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on the qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.

Basic Qualifications for a Level3 are:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of6 years of work experience in one of the following areas: Logistic Supplies; Warehousing; Supply Chain Management; or another directly related area

  • Must have an active in-scope Secret DoD Clearance prior to start and ability to obtain and maintain program access with 365 days of submission

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must have the ability to travel (up to 25%)

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of work experience in one of the following areas: Logistic Supplies; Warehousing; Supply Chain Management; or another directly related area

  • Must have an active in-scope Secret DoD Clearance prior to start and ability to obtain and maintain program access with 365 days of submission

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must have the ability to travel (up to 25%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP or another similar tool

  • Current Top Secret and program access
