Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems located in Oklahoma City, OK has an opening for an Administrative Assistant 4. The selected candidate will provide administrative support for employees, management, and executives for the B-2 bomber program.
The successful applicant will function under minimal supervision and will
Provide a full spectrum of administrative support and general secretarial services for the supported individuals and organizations, including but not limited to coordinating and making travel arrangements, completing and processing expense reports, ordering and managing office supplies, assisting with meeting scheduling and set-up, proofing and tailoring presentation packages, and resolving calendar conflicts with other administrators. Duties and tasks are varied and complex.
Interact frequently with senior level employees, it requires strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of management and employees. It also requires strict confidentiality while performing a wide variety of sensitive administrative and support tasks.
Active DoD Secret Clearance and current Program Access.
High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience as an administrative assistant including to executive level personnel.
