Northrop Grumman is seeking a Software Development Analyst (eQube). The selected candidate will administer, support, maintain, and resolve incidents on enterprise-wide systems using eQube application software. They will be involved in supervised planning of system maintenance and upgrade deployments as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.

Job responsibilities will include providing IT-focused administration and end-user support in areas of best practice development, operations support, and problem resolution for the engineering community and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in eQube.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and implementing eQube software.

  • Providing end-user support of eQube software and its interfaces to Teamcenter.

  • Performing root cause analysis, debugging problems, and then working with the appropriate technical teams to develop, test, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.

  • Monitoring, addressing, and resolving eQube production environment incidents, service requests, workflows, client install packages, etc., collaboratively with the PLM development and administration teams.

  • Documenting all aspects of system support so that knowledge is readily shared among all those tasked with supporting eQube.

  • Providing demos and training to users if/when required.

  • Supporting business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live and in production.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

  • Associate's STEM degree with 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's STEM degree with 2 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

  • Associate's STEM degree with 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's STEM degree with 5 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

Remaining Qualifications for Both Levels:

  • Knowledge of Windows operating system and server administration tools, databases, and software application

  • 0-2 years of eQube support experience.

  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance within a period of time as determined by customer and/or program requirements; maintaining the required security clearance will be a condition of continued employment.

  • Ability to obtain Security + certification within a period of time as determined by customer and/or program requirements; maintaining the required certification will be a condition of continued employment.

  • The ability to work effectively within teams where other team members may be located throughout the country and influencing others to action who are not direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux/SQL.

  • Experience with Teamcenter Aerospace & Defense.

  • Knowledge with and flexibility to support other applications associated with enterprise PLM such as NX, CATIA, ENOVIA, eQube, HarnesSys, and custom applications.

  • Ability to apply engineering techniques and analytical methods to make recommendations for improvements and provide information and assistance to end-users.

  • DOD Security clearance

  • Security+ certification

  • Experience in Windows operating system and server administration tools, databases, and application servers

Salary Range: $71,100 - $123,600

Salary Range 2: $107,300 - $160,900

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
