Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Project Management 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within the Enterprise Risk, Issue, Opportunity and Affordability Management Team for the AEW-BMC2 Program. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida
The AEW-BMC2 IPT is looking for a highly motivated team player who wants to be part of an exciting international program. We are looking for someone who is driven with solid communication and organizational skills to implement and oversee many types of projects while working with people of all levels in the organization.
This position is the Program Integrator for the Japan IPT supporting the E-2D and E-2C program managers. The program integrator will serve as liaison between program office, IPT leads and functional management. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and program budget and objectives. Responsible for implementing and managing program processes and tools in accordance with the Integrated Management Framework.
Manages program rhythm; coordinates and recommends program resource changes; identifies cost, schedule or performance variances for potential programmatic impacts. Facilitates the risk and opportunity management process for the Japan IPT. Key program focal point for Program Management Reviews both internal and external and manages Contract Performance Assessment Reports. Responsible for keeping the Japan Program Definition Documents up to date.
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of related work experience – OR- Master’s degree with 4 years of related work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook Calendars, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Eligibility to obtain DoD Secret clearance is required
Understanding of cost and schedule management
Working knowledge Project Management and resource planning
Experience with Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Experience with EVMS and resource planning and analysis
Working knowledge of the Program Integrated Management Framework
Experience leading Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management processes
Experience creating and facilitating program rhythms
