Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a Program Manager 2 to join our Production IPT of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida .
The Program Manager will manage the Production Air Vehicle program and is responsible for:
Cost, Schedule and Technical Performance of the Production Air Vehicle programs to manage structural and change engineering of the E-2D platform, including:
Directing all phases of the Program from inception through completion
Participating in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
Coordinating the preparation of future proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
This individual will be the Air Vehicle customer contact to the Navy counterpart, leading program review sessions with the customer to:
Discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
Identify program problems and obtains solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications
