Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a Product Support Integration Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on our Strike Program. This position will be located on-site in Melbourne, FL .

The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. Areas of responsibility for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for compliance to internal/external Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements.

  • Interface with IPTs, Cost Management, and Schedule Management team to ensure accurate monthly Earned Value Management cost and schedule data for the program.

  • Provide guidance and direction to Control Account Managers (CAMs).

  • Assist in financial planning/reporting/analysis of Program Accounts.

  • Support and management of Program Risks and Opportunities.

  • Support proposal/estimate development.

  • Supplier Management Team (SMT) Lead.

  • Lead employee performance (including engagement strategies).

  • Coordinate with programs to ensure appropriate staffing actions are developed and executed.

  • Problem solving as this role requires the identification of issues and problems across multiple contracts in order to make recommendations to management for resolution.

  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies & procedures that address compliance/charging guidance regarding labor, material, travel and other direct cost (ODC) expenses.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or other business discipline OR Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, and 9 years of experience supporting Department of Defense, Government contracts, or project management in another industry OR a Master's degree and 5 years' experience supporting Department of Defense, Government contracts, or project management in another industry.

  • Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager.

  • Active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, prior to the commencement of employment.

  • Experience as a CAM with proven proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVMS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

  • Experience with Northrop Grumman EVM Certification.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

  • Experience leading a team within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with proven ability to develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships.

Salary Range: $105,600 - $158,400

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
