Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Principal Systems Test Engineer tojoin our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida .
Reviewing, interpreting and analyzing formal and informal requirements
Creating Test Plans and Procedures that acknowledge technical and schedule constraints
Executing Test Procedures to ensure requirements compliance
Supporting development, integration, and execution of test pass/fail quantitative metrics
Performing troubleshooting as required
Documenting Test results and creating Test Reports as needed
Writing Defects and Software discrepancies
Performing Component to Component Integration

Contingency: Position is contingent on Program Award and having an In-scope DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics STEM discipline from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environments OR Master's degree in STEM discipline from an accredited university and 3+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environments OR PhD degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 1+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environments
Experience integrating and testing software subsystems/systems
An active In-scope DoD Secret clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance as well as Program Special Access and SCI within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
Experience with integrating software and hardware
Experience with automation
Experience with linux/unix operating systems
Experience with Agile software development and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Nexus, Fisheye, etc)
An active, In-scope DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance with SCI
