Northrop Grumman - Military Software Training Program

August 7, 2023 - Cohort 1 - Melbourne FL

Are you Interested in b ecoming a Software Engineering and building tomorrow's future? Northrop Grumman Is looking for Active-duty, Transitioning Military and Veterans to be part of our computer programming course. Take part in this 12-16 week Virtual course and learn the skills to be come a software engineer at Northrop Grumman.

Deadline for program application July 14th 2023

  • Develop, modify, and maintain customized or standardized embedded Mission Systems applications using software engineering best practices and standards.

  • Participate in the full life-cycle of software development, to include requirements development, modeling and design, application development, unit to CSCI testing, integration, formal system testing, release, installation, and maintenance.

Qualifications for Program

  • Previous or current military service

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree (In any subject)

  • Availability to Work in Melbourne FL

  • Interest Software Engineering

  • Commitment to 12-16week program and testing completion

  • Active DoD Clearance

  • Candidates will be interviewed for selection for this program

Salary Range: $55,100 - $82,700

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
