Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager of Computer Systems Analysis to join our team in defining the future. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida. The qualified applicant will become part of the Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services support team supporting operations at our Melbourne campus.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Direct supervision/management of a staff of 15 systems administrators.
•Manage multiple datacenters ensuring the security compliance and availability of the infrastructure for program use.
•Interact with internal key executive and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations and provide guidance and oversight to the employees to complete key deliverables.
•Entrepreneurial, a self-starter and have the ability to challenge the status quo.
•Provide innovative solutions that create strategic value to our customers.
•Customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
•Work after hours and weekends as needed.
•Travel as neccessary.
•Bachelor's degree with 9 years experience OR Master's degree and 7 years of experience; 13 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree.
•Current DOD Top Secret level security clearance.
•Ability to be cleared to special access programs.
•IAM Level I certification (ex: Security+ CE) or greater or ability to obtain with 6 months of start date
•Experience working on Microsoft Windows Operating Systems server platforms and virtualization.
•Experience managing technical activities in a classified environment.
•Project management certification.
•Previous work experience in a technical environment like IT, Engineering, or program/project management.
•Work experience of Classified Information Systems Security functions related to Classified computing environments.
•Prior experience working in a large WAN environments.
•General understanding of network topology and operations.
•Successful management of geographically diverse technical groups servicing multiple customers.
