Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking multiple Principal Management Web Portal Administrator/Developers to support the USACE program in the following location: Alexandria VA.
Develops content of Web site; directs/oversees/reviews/corrects all Web content, both internal and external.
Establishes links and flow of information on and between Web pages. Edits and designs pages and advertising. Tools include, but are not limited to FrontPage HTML, Dreamweaver, and IBM Studio.
Management Portal Development Support
Works with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website. Assists with interface implementation with considerations for federal standards and 508 accessibility.
Provides needed integration to other systems and tools that provide data to TURITview.
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a closely related field and a minimum of 7 years Web development experience
Demonstrated ability to organize data and information clearly and present to USACE key stakeholders. Ability to recommend new and innovative ideas to foster strategic objectives.
Technically savvy, and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives.
Must possess an active Secret security clearance. US citizenship required
Minimum 10 years Web development experience
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner.
Familiar with and/or experience with Agile and KANBAN.
