Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst Level 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in McLean, VA. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Department of State (DOS) Consular Systems Modernization (CSM) Program, for the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA). This initiative is intended to modernize and consolidate the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CA's customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and workflow analysis

Organize, plan, facilitate and document meetings with project stakeholders to elicit requirements

Assist the customer to define project scope, objectives, requirement efforts and business cases for operational and technological developments

Support a large scale data analytics project team in developing technical architectures, standing up and deploying a new data science platform with data loads coming in from internal and external data sources

Define, design and implement process improvements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Design new systems or modules by facilitating requirements sessions, collecting and analyzing requirements; constructing process flow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications and documenting business rules

Work closely with business SMEs and collaborates with the development team, enterprise architect and the project manager in all aspects of system design and development to develop functional solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with the architectural roadmap as established by the architecture team

Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies

Support teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing

Triage, log, and track requests for customer requests for new features and enhancements to be implemented in the systems

Support and contribute to project management activities by participating in the scoping and estimating of project efforts, risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Project Manager

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years' experience

Experience in systems implementation and Big Data Technologies

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize end user issues/requests

Agile development experience implementing systems and Data Analytics projects

Experience leading several development and operational Business Intelligence and Data Analytics projects that requires complex data governance and access control challenges

Hands-on experience leading the development of data architectures for large scale systems

Ability to provide expertise in design and implementation of data critical applications

Experience in cloud based environments including deploying solutions on public/hybrid clouds

Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis

Must have a current, active Secret (or higher) clearance. An interim clearance may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

Experience implementing DevSecOps for large program using an agile, preferably SAFe, iterative development methodology

Experience in cloud based environments including deploying solutions on public/hybrid clouds

Strong analytical and communication skills

Possess technical writing skills and able to review others work products

Proven ability to integrate with a team and work well with others

Experience with scrum project management, agile software development, and software version control management a plus

Scaled Agile Framework experience; working as a part of a SCRUM Team
