Northrop Grumman is seeking Information Operations (IO) Support Specialist - USCENTCOM to join our Counter Threat Messaging team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will support our customer by assisting in the advancement of their IO Mission. The position is located at the United States Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support United States Central Commend (USCENTCOM) J3-IO leadership decision-making, information sharing, and develops and refines processes to create a collaborative environment

Analyze operational and technical processes to develop new and modify existing standard operating procedures, best practices, and lessons learned to improve the organization effectiveness and increase task efficiency

Manage the Division Task management tools to enable the organization to efficiently complete assigned projects.

Provide support to integrate and synchronize Information Operations (IO); assists in coordinating IO staff activities.

Enable information flows/tasks across multiple clients and cross-functional teams to create optimal user experiences.

Support various projects to ensure consistency in naming conventions and promote the sharing and reuse of data across applications and business areas

Contribute to data management internal projects as well as the upgrading of standards and best practice guidelines

Participate in meetings, conferences and technology related events.

Develop, maintains, and archives security related documents, doctrine, and classified information within compartments

Basic Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field with a minimum of 9+ years of military IO and/or knowledge management (KM) experience/ OR a Master's degree in a technical field with a minimum of 7+ years of related military IO/KM experience/ an additional 4+ years of related experience may substituted in lieu of degree requirement

Must have experience in USCENTCOM AOR.

Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets / portals, collaborative and social media tools, computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Must be able to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations, as needed by the program.

Must have a current activeTS/SCI Security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Operational information processing systems to provide organization-wide knowledge sharing, so that the organizations know-how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Excellent listening and administrative skills to capture highlights of briefings, and key engagement with others in the CENTCOM Command.

Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills; ability to create a positive and productive work environment

Experience working in the customer space as an individual technical contributor as IO and/or Knowledge Mgmt.

Experience working with distributed teams and project management experience
