Northrop Grumman Multimedia Production Analyst in Linthicum, Maryland

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Multimedia Production Analyst to join our team of qualified, highly engaged and enthusiastic communications professionals focused on the promotion and publicity of people, products and processes. Qualified candidates must be prepared to thrive in a highly active environment that demands collaboration, innovative thinking, creative storytelling and use of tools to effectively communicate to employees, customers, the public, stakeholders and others. Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years of work experience in videography, extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office platforms and the ability to work on Mac and PC operating systems. We are looking for someone to infuse new ideas and techniques into projects and help to elevate the value of our creative design team. Customer satisfaction is a top priority and qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience working multiple projects, performing to tight deadlines, being attentive to details and possess solid communication, design and time management skills. This position will be required to split time between offices located in Linthicum and Annapolis, Maryland.

What we need from you:

The Multimedia Production Analyst will be an active participant in our team's video production process. Thinking and acting strategically, he/she will help develop content reflecting Northrop Grumman's brand and strategic objectives and employ a wide range of communications tactics and tools to ensure that our messages are accurate, consistent and reach target audiences with impact. We are looking for an expert storyteller, someone that can help develop unique and compelling visual content that will be shared to a wide audience.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in video production, fine arts or related field.

3 years of experience in video production.

Must have experience operating DSLR video cameras.

Demonstrate exceptional video editing skills.

Must have advanced knowledge of professional lighting equipment and techniques.

Must be an experienced user of the Adobe Creative Suite of applications.

Must have the ability to effectively tell a story visually.

Must have experience coordinating and directing the execution of creative assignments for advertising, news, publicity, and/or technical use.

Must have customer service experience and ability to work independently and also collaboratively on a multimedia team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Skills in photography and photo editing

Experience working on motion graphics and animations.
