Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Office Services 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The position is located in Linthicum , MD .
Supervises employees in integrated office service activities for optimum utilization of services and equipment including duplication, supplies, mail services, small parcel receipt, tracking & delivery services, transportation & shuttle services. Manages day to day operations of a fleet of shuttles buses and cargo vans in support of customer/VIP visits and mail/parcel movement. Manage day to day onsite operations of the BWI onsite employee store. Will periodically support with oversight of print staff when needed. Coordinates in conjunction with other supporting organizations with varying types of internal/external special events. Good communication and organization skills.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of related experience; or 13 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Experience leading or managing teams/projects.
Experience and knowledge of mailroom/USPS processes and/or experience and knowledge of DOT regulations as it applies to CDL licensed drivers & commercial vehicles.
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
(US Citizenship Required).
Salary Range: $102,000 - $153,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
