Northrop Grumman Engineer Industrial 2/ Lab Auditor in Linthicum, Maryland

Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support its facilities organization with space and asset coordination. This position is in Linthicum, MD.

The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop annual schedule for Engineering Lab ISO Audits

Coordinate with multiple internal departments for internal lab audits

Ability to input observations and findings into a Quality Management System Database. Assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.

May conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems and, on the basis of these studies, develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Basic Qualifications:

2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters; experience to include previous experience with Engineering Lab Auditing.

Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Ability to obtain Secret level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

ISO Auditing.

Secret clearance.

Good organizational skills, verbal and written communications, conflict resolution, and familiar with quality management systems.
