Northrop Grumman is looking forVideo TeleconferencingTechnician's to support the USFK J6C program.Position'sare located in Camp Humphreys, Korea.

Technicians provide dedicated audiovisual conference room support to USFK Headquarters facilities in USAG-Yongsan & USAG-Humphreys. Personnel will be direct support to the Secretary Joint Staff (SJS). Duties will require interaction with USFK staff to ensure seamless support of all meetings, conferences and other events. The scope of work includes assisting in the planning, logistics, setup, operation, repair and maintenance of existing and necessary equipment to support conferences, briefings or events in assigned spaces.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of IT experience, in Telecommunications and VTC

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 yrs of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.

  • General understanding of communications concepts ( circuits, routers, switches, CRYPTO)

  • Exp. with with Service ticketing tools

  • Must have CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.

  • Must possess active/current US SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience administering TDM, IP and VoIP networks

  • Experience administering Tandberg, Polycom and Vidyo VTC systems

  • Unified communications

  • Experience with Multi-platform client computing across Windows operating systems.

  • Experience with DSS or the DoD Security Community
