Northrop Grumman NATO AGS Flight Inspector 3 in International, United States
Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking self-motivated, hard-working full-time Quality/Flight Inspectors 3 or 4 for the NATO AGS Program in NAS Sigonella, Italy (Sicily). The selected candidates will perform quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements. Assesses program performance and risks and determines resources to ensure mission assurance. Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and processes for Global Hawk UAS systems. Prepares configuration summary reports for GH systems by obtaining and verifying engineering release software configuration, mission plans, and completion of all open paperwork with appropriate dispositions from supporting organizations. Inspect the installation and operation of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, oil, and emergency systems and parts and equipment of aircraft. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. Audit / monitor processes to ensure contractual requirements and ISO 9001-2015 and AS9100D standards are being met. Develops and maintains metrics and trend analysis for contractual processes and procedures. Monitors and verifies processes in accordance with quality processes or other control procedures. As part of a cohesive team effort ensures the contractual quality assurance programs and policies are maintained. Must have a working knowledge of aircraft systems, flight line operations and be able to read aircraft system wiring schematics and diagram.

-High School and 6 years additional education and/or AA Degree in related discipline and 3 years of related experience.
-A minimum of 2 years of quality inspecting and auditing experience
-Experience with Quality Management Systems
-Great problem prevention and troubleshooting skills
-Working knowledge of Risk and Opportunity management
-An active Secret Clearance.
-Working knowledge of NG policies and procedures
-Military aviation background a plus
