Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Program Financial Analyst2 to join our team at our Huntsville, AL location.
You will assist with supporting the PEO Aviation Army Specialized Electronic Mission Aircraft (SEMA) program. This is a 9 year program including options.

Providing financial analysis for the Program Management Office and contribute to finance-related CDRLs.
Supporting monthly/year-end financial activities at the CLIN level of a large program with multiple contract types.
Determining, monitoring, and reviewing costs, operational budgets and schedules, manpower requirements and material purchases as it relates to managing costs and accurate/compliant invoicing.
Funds tracking, status reporting and notifications at the CLIN level for the program.
Reviewing inventory management methods and material purchase tracking applicable.
Pricing rough order magnitude estimates.
Assessing the progress against established plans and parameters, involvement in Estimate to Complete (ETC) and preparing Estimate at Complete (EAC).
Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and 3 years of experience or a Master's degree and 1 year of experience or 4 additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Proficient in MS Office Suite of tools: Word and PowerPoint, mid-level proficiency in Excel skills.
Experience supporting DoD contracts from a business management perspective.
Experience with CAS and DoD reporting.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret level security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
SAP and Business Warehouse experience preferred.
Work experience in a DOD contracting environment.
Awareness of A-606 Revenue Recognition Requirements desired.
