Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Mission Assurance Manager for the SEMA Program.

The Mission Assurance Manager will define and monitor mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs. Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements. Assesses program performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance. This position will require the candidate to travel to multiple sites worldwide for training, customer engagement, and follow-up to corrective actions. This position will require engagement with Defense Contract Management Agency and Fixed Wing. The Mission Assurance Manager will be responsible for continued development of audit programs and associated metrics. This position will require flexible hours and travel depending on program requirements.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevent experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree (10 years), relevent military experience will be considered in lieu of degree as well

  • Must have active Secret security clearance, which must be maintained throughout employment. Interim Secret or Higher required to start

  • Must maintain a valid U.S. Passport

  • Must have experience with Root Cause & Corrective Action concepts & Verification of Corrective Action

  • Must have internal, external program audit development experience

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quality Experience with C12 program

  • Experience dealing with Fixed Wing & DCMA Customers

  • AS9100 Rev D Lead Auditor Certification

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate

  • Ground Mishap Investigation Experience
