Northrop Grumman Computer Systems Analyst 3 in Huntsville, Alabama

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst 3 in the Engineering, Sciences & Technology (ES&T) Central Region Engineering, Huntsville Site. In the Mission Systems sector, you'll join our experts in developing systems and solutions that keep our world safe. The qualified applicant will work in one of our Huntsville, Alabama offices.

This position will provide focused support to maintaining a WindowsDomain in a mixed environment. Candidate needs to be familiar with the following: Windows Server 2012 R2; Windows 10; Active Directory (AD) and creating group policies; DISA STIGs; and DNS.

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Install, configure and administer Windows Server 2012.

  • Install, configure and administer Windows 10

  • Create Windows PowerShell scripts to automate the management and configuration of virtual infrastructure environments.

  • Create and deploy images and templates.

  • Configure and manage System Center Configuration Manager.

  • Configure and troubleshoot networking technologies within a virtual environment.

  • Participate in problem management reporting, resolution and documentation to track progress with user requests.

HUNTSALMSTR

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience; Masters and 3 years or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • System Administration experience with Microsoft Server

  • Programming/Scripting experience or education

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must hold IAT Level II or level III cert (GSEC, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CISSP, etc) (reference: http://iase.disa.mil/iawip/Pages/iabaseline.aspx for list of qualified certifications)

  • Must hold computing environment certification

  • Strong problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP

  • Additionaloperating systems experience preferred includesRed Hat Enterprise Linux, Solaris, AIX, VMWare/ESXi, and Networking.
