Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer. This position will be located at Hill AFB, UT and will support the Ground Subsystems Support Contract (GSSC) program in support of ICBM operational equipment.
What You'll Get To Do:
Perform electrical engineering activities for Minuteman III ICBM Command and Control (C2) equipment.
Perform electrical engineering functions to include requirements and design analysis, supportability studies, technical support, and testing of ICBM electrical equipment.
Researching solutions to customer and team-developed risks, developing repair procedures, modifying drawings, circuit analysis, and finding suitable substitutes for aging parts.

This position may have a 9/80 work schedule available. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; or 0 years with a Master's
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active Top Secret Security Clearance
Familiarity with ICBM Minuteman III system
Familiarity with design software such as PSpice or Altium
Experience in the military aerospace development environment
Use and/or application of systems engineering principles, theories and concepts.
Familiar with systems engineering and integration
Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems
Responsible, self-sufficient engineer capable of performing tasks with general guidance
Experience with specification requirements authoring, refinement and negotiation
Demonstrated performance, leadership and direct AFNWC & AFGSC customer support
Direct experience with ICBM maintenance and security force personnel
Familiarity with process/procedure development, control and improvement
Demonstrated communication skills including technical writing and verbal communication
