Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager 3 to lead and develop our diverse Talent Acquisition teams from our sector headquarters in Herndon, Virginia .   • Implements recruitment strategies to support hiring needs across one of our Divisions

  • Manages the company's human resources operational staffing and planning functions

  • Works with the Talent Acquisition Director and consults with key stakeholders to identify talent strategies necessary to align with the goals of the business

  • Thrives in a fast paced, results-driven environment while modeling Northrop Grumman's Leadership characteristics

  • Builds collaborative partnerships with customers and business partners within large and complex organizations

  • Develops and executes cleared talent strategies providing expertise in areas of strategic sourcing and market intelligence

  • Recommends and implements talent acquisition strategies as a highly influential talent advisor

  • Leverages data analytics and metrics to maximize productivity and optimize results of the recruiting team

  • Builds deep relationships with our HR Business partners to improve talent outcomes

  • Mentors, coaches, develops, and engages high performing recruiting team

  • Ensures staffing policies and procedures are followed in compliance with government regulatory requirements

  • Partners with corporate partners to strategically align sector resources and leverages partnership both internally and externally

  • Ensures focus on internal mobility by executing on sector redeployment strategies

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have one of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related experience

  • Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related experience

  • Aminimum of 3 years of experience leading diverse teams

  • Ability to travel within the United States as needed (up to 25% of the time)

  • Must be able to work on-site in Herndon, Virginia

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full life cycle recruiting process experience, to include comprehensive understanding of compliance with OFCCP

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion, ability to organize, prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow up on concurrent tasks and elevating issues or obtaining additional resources when necessary.

  • Program management experience

  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably Taleo

  • Familiarity with international recruiting experience
