Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking candidates for a Billing Analyst role. The selected individual will play a pivotal supporting role to the Manager of Accounting supporting Billing activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing, reviewing, and submission of customer billings
Monitoring cash collection status for government and commercial contracts
Miscellaneous accounts receivable reporting and resolution of payment issues
Analysis of unbilled balances
Supporting monthly cash collection and forecasting goals
Interfacing with internal and external customers
Supporting banking and treasury requirements
Supporting DCAA incurred costs and billing audits
Special projects as needed
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.
Knowledge of SAP
Government contracting experience
Familiarity with GAAP, FAR, CAS, IFRS, WAWF
