Northrop Grumman Principal Industrial Security Analyst in Gilbert, Arizona
Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
Candidate must be familiar with applicable Security ICD's, NISPOM and Program Security Classification Guides.
Interaction with both internal and external customers.
Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
Conducts security education classes and security audits.
Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and six years of experience in Industrial Security
Must have U.S. Citizenship with a current or active Top Secret/SCI level clearance.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience
Knowledge of the current ICD-705, NISPOM and other Security Directives
