The person will be the team leader for Training Support at Joint Base Lewis McChord’s (JBLM) Mission Training Complex (MTC). This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the training staff of the Games-for-Training Programs, the Individual Mission Command Systems Training and the Simulation Management Team support exercises from Squad to Corps-level. Will be responsible for coordinating staff across seven facilities and extended operations to Yakima Training Center (YTC) against a dynamic calendar supporting Army units reacting to a changing environment. The team leader shall conduct overall scheduling management and staffing coordination. Further, this position will act as the deputy for the Site Manager in his/her absence.
Bachelor’s Degree, subject immaterial
Eight years’ experience with Military training and training support
Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level military schooling
Experience in operations and training requirements at Brigade or higher level
Five years’ experience with training management
An Active, SECRET clearance.
Service as an Operations Officer or Commander of a deployable battalion-level unit or higher.
Recent deployment experience.
