The Northrop Grumman Technology Services team is seeking an experienced military professionals interested in a challenging work environment supporting the US Army Mission.

A successful candidate will possess previous BN or Bde level command sergeants major or primary staff experience as operations NCO and have completed Battle Staff NCO, 1st Sergeants Course, Sergeants Major Academy or similar experience.

Brigade ESTs will conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs educating the commander and primary staff on mission command art and science as well as directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role. Brigade ESTs are the main point of entry to obtain, review and process training requests IAW the Commander's intent which is submitted to their assigned MTC for resourcing. Training requests should be part of an overall strategic plan and vision outlined by the unit commander for any given training year. Brigade ESTs will track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event. Additionally, Brigade ESTs are responsible for integrating the required contractor training resources prior to, and during the event.

Basic Qualifications:

Possess a DoD Secret Clearance

Possess a BS or BA with 6 years' of relevant experience or AA degree with 8 years' of experience

Completed Battle Staff NCO, 1st Sergeants Course, or similar experience.

Travel up to 75% of the time

Army Training Management experience at the Battalion level or above.

Have recent experience working within the ARNG training support system

Experience with Army Exercise Design

Preferred Qualifications:

Sergeants Major Academy Graduate

Army National Guard experience

Battalion or Brigade staff experience
