Northrop Grumman is seeking an Mgr Team Leader 2 Site Lead . The location of this position is Fort Bliss, TX . The qualified candidate will serve as the Fort Bliss Mission Training Complex (MTC) Site Lead. Responsible for providing leadership to a customer-focused team committed to increased quality and productivity for all individual and collective training supported by the Fort Bliss MTC. In accordance with organization goals, provides direction on activities and behaviors. Provides oversight to include scheduling, resource procurement, and quality assurance of all individual training, collective training, simulations, and exercises conducted at the Fort Bliss MTC. Manages daily MTC operations to ensure all tasking's and requirements are met. Assists in future planning and strategic decisions to continue growth within the organization. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Provides guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues. Represents the team to local customers, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures to better support uniformed customers. Reports to the Program Manager for the III Corps MTC Hub and Spoke organization.
Candidate must possess a BS or BA Degree
Extensive experience with Military training and training support required; including experience in operations and training requirements at DIV or higher level
Background in training management
Possess a SECRET clearance
Must have served as either a Battalion or higher Commander or Operations Officer
Command and General Staff College (CGSC) / MEL4
Former Battalion Commander
Possess a current TOP SECRET clearance
