Northrop Grumman is seeking a HUMINT - Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be performed at a Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Gordon, GA or at a Northrop Grumman location, and is not location specific.

Position Description:

Perform coordination and communication of HUMINT and counterintelligence (CI) activities.

Conduct research and analysis to support debriefing plans and question sets.

Develop debriefing plans and question sets (e.g., incorporating biographical data).

Support Key Leader Engagement (KLE) activities and briefings.

Develop intelligence reports (e.g., Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) reports, etc.

ARCyber

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience; or 9 years in lieu of a degree

3 years of HUMINT or CI experience

Experience conducting research and analysis in support of HUMINT and counterintelligence (CI) activities

Ability to brief key leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

Demonstrated experience in Joint/Service Counterintelligence or HUMINT Operations Cells.

Working knowledge of analytic tool sets (e.g. Palantir, DCGS-A, M2, HOTR).

HUMINT or CI experience within the DoD/Intelligence Community with cyber focus.
