Northrop Grumman Force Development Analyst in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Provide a broad range of research, programmatic, and administrative functions in support of programming, capabilities integration, organizational design, and force integration.
Conduct research and analysis on doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy.
Provide input and facilitate the staffing and/or processing of Force Design Updates.
Analyze plans, draft OPORDs, conduct IPRs, and prepare Schedule 8 submissions, etc.
Assist in the development of Force Management products, (Concept Plans, Cost Benefit Analysis, Tables of Distribution and Allowances and manpower studies).
Conduct planning, programming, and analysis in support of program objectives. Develop briefings and provide analysis for requirements. Develop and maintain a Budget Execution Report .
Requires a degree in a related field of study.
Bachelor's degree + 10 years of experience.
Master's degree + 8 years of experience.
Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
Demonstrated experience supporting succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development.
Must have experience in working with DoD system policies and procedures, and fluent in all aspects of government and corporate communications media to include all MS Office products and MS Project.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Knowledge of the elements of Army Force Management and Force Design, DoD Integrated Defense Acquisition, and Logistics Life Cycle Management System.
Knowledge of JCIDS requirements process, acquisition management process, PPBE Funding Process, the Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC), and Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC).
Knowledge of how to integrate the Army's capabilities with other Services, U. S. government agencies, and foreign government partners.
Current U.S. Passport.
