Northrop Grumman Cyberspace Planning & Programming Analyst in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Position Description:

Leads support to HQDA Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process.

Develops approaches to improve the cyber organizational framework.

Provides analysis of policies and regulations in support of mission functions to include, but not limited to, IO, EW, and Cyberspace Operations.

Assists in refining the scope and characteristics of military operations in the Cyberspace domain and analyzes Cyberspace doctrine, policy, and operating relationships within the greater Cyberspace community.

Staff coordination with HQDA for programming/policy implications.

Performs staff action officer duties as required.


Basic Qualifications :

Requires a degree in an applicable field of study;

  • Bachelor's degree + 9 years of experience.

  • Master's degree + 7 years of experience.

Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.

Minimum 2 years' experience at a DOD staff level supporting operational headquarters (e.g. OSD, Joint Staff, Service Staffs, Defense Agencies, Intelligence Agencies, COCOMs, Service Component Commands, JTF, Joint Force Component Commands) including US Embassies.

Working knowledge of Cyber Operations Policy, Doctrine, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of DOD or Service Cyber Operations policy and processes, the Joint Operations Planning Process and security policy and execution.

Military Education Level (MEL) 4 graduate preferred.

Defense Acquisition University (DAU) level 2 certified in either Business Cost Estimating or Information Technology.

Expertise in Theater Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, Foreign Military Funding, International Military Education and Training (IMET) or similar programs.

Prior Army customer experience.

Active TS/SCI.

Current U. S. Passport.
