Northrop Grumman CyberSpace Operations Planner in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Position Description:

Leads all Theater Security Cooperation planning.

Coordinates across supported CCMDs and regional ASCCs to identify emerging requirements for TSC, develops strategic vision for implementation by Cyber Operations Planners as part of a holistic Phase 0-5 planning effort.

Synchronizes TSC with HQDA (DAMO-CY) to ensure Army Strategy and cyber-related TSC are aligned and resourced.

Continuous outreach and engagement to identify opportunities/needs for TSC.

Performs staff action officer duties as required.

ARCyber

Basic Qualifications :

Degree in Information Technology (IT) or other related field;

  • Bachelor's +14 years of experience.

  • Master's +12 years of experience.

Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.

Must possess a working knowledge of Cyber Operations Policy, Doctrine, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures.

Must be familiar with DoD or Service Cyber Operations policy and processes, the Joint Operations Planning Process and security policy and execution.

Must possess a working knowledge of Cyber Operations Policy, Doctrine, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures, Joint Operations Planning Process and security policy and execution.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Military Education Level (MEL) 4 graduate preferred.

Defense Institute of Security Cooperation Studies (DISCS) Certificate preferred.

Prior Army customer experience.

Active TS/SCI.

Current U.S. Passport.
