Assist in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, DCID 6-3), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities.
Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results and preparation of required reports.
Develop and establish an AT program in accordance with applicable standards.
Create a system to collect, analyze, and disseminate terrorism threat information, and recommend the appropriate Army Force Protection Condition (FPCON) System.
Assist in establishing terrorism threat/incident response planning, policies, and procedures that prescribe appropriate actions for reporting terrorist threat information, responding to threats/actual attacks, and reporting terrorist incidents.
Develop realistic terrorist threat scenarios and exercises.
Degree in an applicable, related field of study:
Bachelor's degree + 9 years of experience.
Master's degree + 7 years of experience.
Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
Experience in planning, developing, and administering, long and short-range complex protection security programs.
Knowledge of Anti- Terrorism (AT), Force Protection (FP), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Emergency Management (EM) and security processes, methods, techniques, systems, and devices.
Knowledge of investigations and security principles.
Experience working with DOD system policies and procedures.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Prior Army customer experience.
Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) certification (Level II or higher).
Familiarity with Army regulation 525-13.
Experience in developing, planning and implementing training exercises.
Current U.S. Passport.
