The Leadership and Professional Development (L&PD) organization within the enterprise Talent Management and Development (TM&D) Center of Excellence is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist 4. This position will consult with internal stakeholders on identifying training and development needs, preparing and delivering training content, and reporting L&PD training program utilization and impact evaluation metrics. The Organizational Development Specialist will report to the Manager / Director of Leadership and Professional Development.
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, or human resources with 10 years of experience delivering professional or leadership development training for large organizations including but not limited to design, development, delivery, evaluation, and use of learning technology and simulations.
Experience collaborating with HR colleagues and senior leaders to assess organizational needs and design training solution.
Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executives.
Project management skills and experience executing enterprise initiatives.
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field with 8 years of internal or external consulting experience in talent management, change management, and / or OD projects for a large, complex organization.
Demonstrate aptitude for continuous learning, adapting to shifting priorities, and navigating ambiguous situations.
Certification in Group Facilitation, DDI Facilitator Certification.
