Northrop Grumman Global Business Integration Analyst in Falls Church, Virginia

The Global Business Integration analyst for the Corporate Global Business Office (CGBO) will be part of an interdisciplinary team responsible for the coordination of resources and operations in the development of Northrop Grumman's international business portfolio. Priorities of the Global Business department include the long range strategic business plan, new business pipeline, annual operating plan, investment priorities, key strategic initiatives, local country capability and business infrastructure, and the overall development and growth roadmap for each focus country.

The analyst will support a broad set of international activities, including market positioning, campaign support, international pipeline analysis, and priority strategic initiative projects.

Performance standards the Global Business Integration Analyst must have to be successful in this position include: a track record of professional excellence, being a committed team player, attention to detail, presence and maturity to work directly with executive management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Support the Corporate Global Business Office and focus country executives with strategic planning, business development growth campaign building, opportunity tracking, sector integration, and long-term market positioning.

Support specific international strategic initiatives, including developing business cases, coordination among stakeholder groups, project execution and executive reporting.

Assist in the creation of strategic business plans for international focus countries, articulating an integrated narrative around the country's regional threat environment, defense spending priorities, NG business development campaigns & long-term objectives, and roadmap of specific business decisions, actions and investments required to achieve the company's objectives in each country.

Prepare materials for department leadership and executive reviews, including focus country operations, business development, program performance market presence and financial perspectives

This requisition may be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3

Basic Qualifications for a level 2:

Bachelor degree and minimum of3 years of experience OR 1 year and a Masters

Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate within a multi-disciplinary team.

Strong analysis skills, able to analyze complex data sources or scenarios and distill key insights and trends

Excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to produce the highest quality work for executive audiences

Basic Qualifications for a level 3:

Bachelor degree and minimum of6 years of experience OR4 year and a Masters

Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate within a multi-disciplinary team.

Strong analysis skills, able to analyze complex data sources or scenarios and distill key insights and trends

Excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to produce the highest quality work for executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

International business experience

Experience in project management, business development, strategy, or planning

Familiarity with Northrop Grumman's business portfolio

Experience working with the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP), or equivalent win process
