Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing, developing, facilitating, evaluating, revising and managing leadership programs

Applies skills in training, instructional design and organization development to lead development solutions aligned to the business

Partners with key stakeholders and ensures timely communication

Utilizes the needs analysis process to acquire critical data and requirements for successful learning and business results and identifies learning outcomes based on audience needs and strategic goals

Consults with subject matter experts on best practices in instructional design and delivery and ensures content is progressive

Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop courses, including reusable learning objects and ensuring content is current and the design is based on sound ISD principles, is creative and enhances participants' learning

Liaises with Organization Effectiveness and Talent Management professionals to ensure cohort and mentoring programs, the organization leadership review (OLR) and all supporting processes and systems, including the new HCM system, are aligned to business goals

Rigorously manages projects for on time and on budget completion

Maintains standards and processes related to learning materials

Ensures efficient operations for the executive development department

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience in Organization Development, Instructional Design or a related field plus 9 years of progressively responsible experience (instructional design, workshop development, organization development, organization leadership review, large scale project and/or change management) in a professional environment

Outstanding organization and project management skills with the ability to manage the delivery of high-quality, on-time training programs in a dynamic environment

Exceptional relationship-building skills with an ability to manage multiple clients with multiple needs in an efficient and effective manner

Executive presence and comfort around senior leaders

Demonstrated aptitude for learning with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and navigate ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field with 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional environment (instructional design, workshop development, organization development, organization leadership review, large scale project and/or change management) preferred

Some experience in change management, talent management and larger scale OD projects a plus

Strong instructional design expertise with advanced knowledge of adult learning methodologies
