Enterprise Services is seeking a Director to lead the Data Analytics Governance & Technology Team. The team is focused on creating business value for the enterprise through the application of data analytics techniques and tools, to include performance improvements in finance, human resources, business development, global supply chain, mission excellence, and other functions. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting data analytics to drive value across our businesses, interacting regularly with stakeholders, and developing key analytics frameworks for all business areas. This role will be critical to transforming big data into business insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and evolving the corporate analytics practice; developing, establishing and executing company-wide information governance strategies, policies and standards to enable desired business outcomes; identifying/implementing an analytics platform aligned to our strategic roadmap; evaluating new and emerging technology products and services, and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency in our operations and technology integration.

The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, a self-starter and have the ability to challenge the status quo. This individual will provide innovative solutions that create strategic value for our business partners.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology

12+ years of applicable professional experience

Significant experience with data science tools and techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on analytical subject matter

Experience in business process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques

Significant experience in identifying and driving operational/organizational change and excellence

Proven people management experience leading an organization

Demonstrated ability to transform business requirements to specific analytical tools

Significant experience in identifying and driving operational and organizational change

Ability to obtain a DOD Top Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer science

Deep knowledge of Big Data Analytics would be helpful.

Experience facilitating strategic planning sessions with executive leadership

Experience collecting, analyzing and synthesizing business and marketing insights from multiple sources is desirable.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).

Understanding of Northrop Grumman policy, process, and products.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.

Ability to make decisions with minimal support.

Experience in a Program Management role and/or a BD consulting role

Current DOD Secret, or Top Secret
