The Corporate Financial Strategy Manager is responsible for providing analytical rigor for a range of corporate actions, including M&A transactions, capital allocation decisions, portfolio shaping, and other confidential / special projects in support of the executive management team and Board of Directors. The manager will perform valuation and merger consequences analysis, financial due diligence, and structure M&A transactions. The Manager is also closely involved in long-range strategic planning, corporate goal setting, performing peer competitive analyses, and evaluating the strategic position of the company's business portfolio. The position involves extensive co-ordination with internal and external parties, including investment bankers, consultants, corporate and sector strategic and financial planners, and other business management functions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word) skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
