Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking anInformation Systems Project Manager(ISPM) to support an enterprise Multi-Cloud Transformation Project. This leader will lead a cross functional team to deliver a multi-cloud security and operational capability and migrate all unclassified workloads from data centers to cloud-based computing.

The ISPM will be responsible for leading all phases of execution, from inception through completion, resulting in the anticipated business value.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Develop customer relationships and cultivate customer intimacy

Define and evolve project plans

Lead and direct a cross-functional team to meet accomplish project objectives including cost, schedule, technical and ROI

Develop and deliver presentations to executive management, customers and other program stakeholders

Negotiate and establish schedule milestones

Adhere to all internal processes

Ensure project team understands & adheres to the project scope.

Lead thorough risk & opportunity management to include identification, mitigation and realization

Identify and remove barriers to success

Present project performance to stakeholders including executive management

Identify, select, negotiate, and direct subcontractors and suppliers in execution of the identified SOW; in a manner that supports project goals and company strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of related experience, or Master's and 18 years related experience

  • Experience successfully leading at least one large, enterprise-level, transformational program or project

  • Demonstrated success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal

  • Supplier selection and management experience

  • Excellent communication skills including executive briefing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a matrix, remoteorvirtual teams

  • Knowledge/experience with Agile frameworks

  • High degree of business acumen

  • Prior experience with a large-scale cloud migration
