Northrop Grumman is seeking Network Communications. This position will be located in Falls Church, VA.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Live Events.
This position is responsible for processing requests for Live Events providing scheduling VTC equipment, and technical real time support for all Enterprise conferencing services to include: Video webcasting, Skype for Business, Skype for Business Large Meetings and WebEx. Requires supporting Live Events operationally remotely and on site, working directly with the customer recommending technologies to be used. Use of Vfire to support trouble tickets and track incidents during Live Events.
Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in Computer Science or IT related
Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2019
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.
Experience in developing and delivering presentations and leading small groups.
