Manage, direct and lead the activities of a cross functional product team responsible for continuous improvements to the cost, quality and schedule of its product line on 2nd shift. In this roll you will have complete responsibility for 2nd shift to ensure performance goals are met on a daily basis. Expectations for success will be to develop and maintain open lines of communication to insure high levels of supplier and customer satisfaction, promote the development of self-directed work groups and a work environment which encourages training andopportunities for its work force, ensure compliance to all state, corporate and sector policies related to health, safety, environmental and equal opportunity regulations. The Advanced Composites Center (ACC) is looking for a dynamic individual who will be a role model for the practice of Northrop Grumman values and the leadership characteristics of competency, connection, character and trust. This position manages Supervisors who manage the shop floor personnel.

Aminimum of 5 years of composites manufacturing experience
- Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is preferred. U.S. Citizenship is required.
