Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Manager of Process Manufacturing based out of El Segundo, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Composites Center (ACC) Supervisor has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for leading the

  • manufacturing activities of a given cost center(s) within the ACC, including quality, cost and schedule objectives and factory accountability

  • Providing direction and coaching to mechanics and other production personal in assembly and manufacturing of the

  • programs we support. Ensures team members receive the required training and prepares the daily work plans in support of overall program objectives

  • Provides timely and helpful performance evaluations to employees, encourages and provides direction for career

  • development, including educational options for highly motivated employees

  • Provides leadership/direction to ensure all affordability initiatives and opportunities for process improvements are

  • systematically identified, pursued, and supported. Supervisor is also responsible for providing a safe and engaging work environment for employees

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of manufacturing experience

  • 2 years of leadership experience

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

  • Composites leadership experience
