Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manufacturing Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in El Segundo, the Advanced Composites Center (ACC).

As the Manufacturing Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the ACC is in compliance with OSHA, and CalEPA regulations. You will ensure Title V reports and data are maintained and submitted on time. You will also ensure the centers calibration, and certifications are up to date and will coordinate with other support organization to achieve ACC goals. In addition, you will be working with the manufacturing team to ensure perishable materials are being tracked and managed to ensure no findings are discovered through process audits.

  • Maintain environmental records for all onsite materials and chemicals, enabling easy access for employees, auditors and inspectors.

  • Track and monitor Cal EPA records of hazardous waste generation.

  • Ensure ACC compliance with calibration and certifications or equipment and tooling.

  • Create and present reports as required

  • Work closely with Manufacturing and EH&S teams to provide guidance and recommend process improvements.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience OR Associates degree with 6 years of experience OR High School diploma with 10 years in manufacturing / production related field or job function.

  • Must have good computer skills and a high level working knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office.

  • Must also be a good communicator with strong presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Work experience in a Composites / Aerospace environment
