Northrop Grumman Tactical Space Systems Division is seeking to fill an I&T Lead Positions in support of the Integration & Test (I&T) Department located in Dulles, Virginia.

Roles & Responsibilities for the Senior Staff I&T Program Lead Role:
Responsible for the complete integration and test effort for a spacecraft or product line, plans and sequences all assembly, integration and testing activities to include integration with the launch vehicle
Coordination of mechanical, electrical, radio frequency, propulsion, harness and quality assurance resources and activities on a given vehicle/program
Coordinates shared facility utilization for Test Planning
Develops and maintains the Test and Integration Master Plan
Performs short and long term planning and schedule maintenance
Serves as the Cost Account Manager for I&T activities on the program
Interfaces with our customers, program offices and launch vehicle providers
Reviews and approves engineering products to ensure manufacturability
Supports all review boards, tiger teams, RCCA investigations, deep dives, and pre-milestone reviews.
Serve on and participate in program MRR, PDR, CDR and TRR as required
Provides Problem Solving Expertise and capability to mentor the team in problem solving skills
Support Metrics for Quality, Schedule, Cost and Productivity for the Test Area. Continuous Process Improvement
Mentors and trains Deputy I&T Program leads
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with 14+ experience. 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.
Minimum of 5-8 years of proven demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience working within multi-disciplinary organizations
Excellent written and oral communications skills and technical presentation experience
Familiarity/experience with CAM roles & Responsibilities
Willing to undergo, pass, and sustain a DoD government clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Extensive experience within Integration & Test organizations
Experience leading cross-functional organizations
Demonstrated experience in ERP, MES, Lean Manufacturing and/or 5S type programs
Salary Range: $182,680 - $211,840
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
