Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Data Management Analyst or a Principal Data Management Analyst depending on your qualifications. This position will serve on the Sustainment and Modernization of Radar Sensors (SMORS) program, and be based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
What You'll Get to Do:
Plan and coordinate preparation of project documentation, such as CDRLs and program documentation to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
Coordinate modification records for management control.
Format and proofread documents.
Update and maintain document record and release databases.
Compile and create metrics and reports.
Prepare customer deliveries.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong problem solving and analytical skills. They will have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment and be a self-starter, efficient in achieving goals and proactive in pursuing subsequent tasks.
This requisition may be filled at the Data Management Analyst Level, or Principal Data Management Analyst Level.
For a Data Management Analyst: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with 3 years of applicable experience, or 1 year with a Masters. 7 years experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
For a Principal Data Management Analyst: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with 6 years of applicable experience, or 4 years with a Masters. 10 years experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
Self-motivated and able to effectively work with all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint programs
SharePoint management experience
Active DoD Secret clearance
