The C2MBC team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Sustainment Hardware Engineer based out of Colorado Springs.
What You'll get to Do:
The C2BMC national team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Sustainment Hardware Engineer based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is responsible for the successful development, execution, and delivery of all logistics artifacts (LRU List, initial spares determination, consumable parts lists, maintenance task analysis, MTBF/MTTR analysis, GFE coordination, tracking, management and inventory management). The selected candidate should have experience with developing supportability strategies, bad actor identification, trouble ticket resolution and trend analysis. This includes but is not limited to, task execution and delivery in accordance with the program schedule and within budgeted costs; artifact coordination and development; peer review coordination, communication, and closure; fricative, frequent, and clear communications within the team, cross functional areas and across companies to ensure program success. The candidate will interface with leadership to provide weekly schedule status, impact, and recovery status, support as required program meetings and mitigate road block. The selected candidate should be a proven self-starter with demonstrated interpersonal communications skills, able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multi task, and able to work with divers site locations. Some travel may be required.
This position requires the ability to plan, implement, and manage sustainment activities as they apply to worldwide networked computer systems. The candidate will lead multiple activities to include reviewing projects for sustainment impacts. The selected candidate will also support logistics activities within the sustainment functional area such as authoring sustainment plans, planning for deployments, and generating operating processes. This position requires coordination closely across other functional areas on the C2BMC national team, as well as the government counterparts at the MDA.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science degree (Engineering, Math or Science) with 5 years of experience or a Masters of Science degree (Engineering, Math or Science) with 3 years of experience.
Previous Sustaining Engineering Experience
Experience with MS Office Tool Set
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
9 years of related experience
Previous DOD Command and Control experience
Schedule management experience within Project
