Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as an Associate Manufacturing Analyst/Manufacturing Analyst based out of Clearfield, UT .

What You'll get to Do:

Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

This position can either be filled as an associate manufacturing analyst or a manufacturing analyst.

Associate Manufacturing Analyst

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Current DoD (Department of Defense) U.S. Government security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as required for business needs

  • Must be able to work any shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes and procedures

  • Proven ability to work projects both independently and in a team-based environment.

  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills, ability to counsel, coach, develop, and motivate a diverse group of professionals and personnel.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present information on complex projects to key stakeholders.

  • Experience in subsystem and structure fabrication.

  • Experience with Lean, 5S or shop organization

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in an engineering environment.

  • SAP knowledge or experience.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Manufacturing Analyst

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or a Masters degree with 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Current DoD (Department of Defense) U.S. Government security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as required for business needs

  • Must be able to work any shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes and procedures

  • Proven ability to work projects both independently and in a team-based environment.

Salary Range: $55,400 - $83,000

Salary Range 2: $60,600 - $90,800

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
