Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer level 3 or 4 to work with our team in Chantilly, VA. This is a challenging opportunity to work on some of the hardest and most exciting issues in our customer organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide SME Technical support services to the Sponsor's Operation Support Division. The emphasis of this activity shall be to establish and maintain operational awareness across the sponsor's operational support infrastructure and any business systems utilized to support operations.
Organize and facilitate TEMS (technical exchange meetings), consolidate and compose technical information into clear, readable documents used to support the sponsor's infrastructure support services; to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4
Level 3: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEMS degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of5 years related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Level 4: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEMS degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of9 years related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security Clearance with a Polygraph
Scripting experience (BASH, PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation or simplification.
Expertise in relational databases to include writing complex queries and modifyingschema for software such as Oracle and MySQL
Experience in Agile software methodologies or equivalent
Proficient with defensive cyber counter intelligence
Must be a strong and flexible communicator, facilitator and collaborator
